REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Two (2) recent colour passport sized photographs;
• Two (2) copies of your child's passport and visa;
• Two (2) copies of your child's Father's passport and visa;
• Two (2) copies of your child's birth certificate;
• A photocopy of your child's immunization records;
• Completed registration and medical forms as well as signed "terms and conditions" approval slip.

OPENING HOURS:

• The nursery is open Sunday to Thursday between the hours of 7:30 am and 2:00 pm from September until the end of June. July and August will remain open for Summer School if there is a demand. The Nursery closes for public holidays, Easter Sunday and at Christmas / New Year.
• Afternoon program from Sunday to Thursday 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
• The Administrative Office is open part-time and we would recommend that you call Lisamarie to make an appointment.

FEES AND DEPOSIT (Abu Dhabi)

• A one-time only, non-refundable registration fee of Dhs 600 is due as your child enters the school;
• A deposit of Dhs. 1 000 is payable when joining the Nursery which will be refunded upon one month’s notice in writing. Should the required notice period not be given this will result in the ‘forfeit’ of your deposit;
• Fees are due monthly in advance for all classes for the amount specified in the schedule of fees;
• All fees should be paid at the latest by the 5th of the month either in cash or by cheque made payable to RHYMES NURSERY. In the event that you are writing a “Dubai” cheque, this will take 7 days to clear and if this is not cleared before the 5th of each month, you will be charged a late fee accordingly. Also a Dhs. 15 surcharge will apply to all “Dubai” cheques. There will be Dhs. 20 charge for each day after the 5th that school fees remain unpaid, including weekends, if school fees remain unpaid after the 10th of the month, the child will not be admitted until accounts are settled;
• Fees are payable for all/any absences inclusive of illness, vacation and public holidays.

FEES AND DEPOSIT (Khalifa City "A")

• A one time registration fee of Dhs 2000.00 is required in order to hold your child’s place within a class. This fee consists of two equal parts. Dhs 1000.00 is a non-refundable Administrative Fee, whilst the other Dhs 1000.00 will be refunded to you at the time your child leaves the nursery, providing that 1 months notice is given in writing, as per the Terms & Conditions. Documentation is required to support your Registration. Please see the checklist on the last page of the Registration Kit.
• Fee’s can be made by way of cash, cheque or bank transfer. Our account details will be listed on your invoice and cheque’s should be made payable to ‘Rhymes Nursery’.
• Fees are payable for all/any absences inclusive of illness, vacation and public holidays.

AFTERNOON PROGRAMMES (Khalifa City "A")

Places in our afternoon program are to be pre-booked in advance. Children cannot be left later on the spur of the moment. Please contact the office in order to pre-book your child.

• From 2pm to 4pm, 5 days per week

• Maximum 15 children to a class

Children in the Afternoon Program will at all times be supervised by a Teacher. If we have more than 5 children attending we will also provide a Teachers Assistant.

Activities will be arranged on a daily basis by the Teacher and will not revolve around a set schedule. On any given day your child will be involved in Arts & Crafts, Texture Play, Dress-Ups, Games or Stories. Their time in the afternoons will always be interesting and varied.

The above prices are valid per month.
